The ten4 Design division has grown to a team of three and is now headed up by Glenn Scoles who started with us as an apprentice fabricator. After completing his trade and doing a few years on the shop floor, he moved into the design team where he puts his Level 5 Diploma in 3D Modelling to good use.

Glenn is joined by Luke and Jono.

Luke's been with us since Nov 22 after completing an Honours Degree in L9 Mechatronics at Auckland University. He's familiar with Solidworks 2023, Dassault Systems and DraftSight 2023. He's loving working alongside the trades and the wide variety of work on offer.

Jono is a qualified aluminium boat builder and had 7 years marine industry experience before joining us. He's an old hand at CAD, CNC Operation and ProNest and is enjoying working on a much wider range of projects.

Our design team continues to go from strength to strength, using their incredible breadth of skills to collaborate and provide innovative, practical solutions to whatever challenges we fire at them.
