A productive 6 weeks

Vance Delaware, a qualified Heavy Fabricator, took just 6 weeks to construct this Tipper Unit for McKenzie Earthmoving.

Vance has been with us for over 22 years and has a wealth of valuable experience including fabricating, cutting, folding, MIG and TIG welding. He called on every one of those skills during the build of this multipurpose drop side tipper unit which can be converted into water cart by fitting a removable tank on the back.

The truck was supplied as a bare chassis but no space was left unused. Vance did everything from building the subframe and tipping deck and fitting all the hydraulics, to manufacturing and fitting all the tool boxes and the water cart spray bar mounted to front of truck.

This is a deceptively technical build that resulted in simple, effective functionality. It was also a very physically demanding build which is all in a day's work to Vance who keeps fit by trail riding and working on his lifestyle farm.
