This demonstration unit, built for the NZ Fire Service, allows firefighters to safely simulate a kitchen fire and how to best extinguish it. It's used at schools and events all over Northland.

The brief was that it had to be lightweight, easy to tow, robust, simple to set up and and of course fireproof.
